Why Ripple HLTH
We are a healthcare company founded by clinical leaders for clinical leaders. We believe in designing workflows that not only promote the health and well-being of your patients, but also create financial stability for your business.
How We Help You Succeed In A Challenging Marketplace
Rising costs coupled with perpetual reimbursement reductions have threatened therapy profit margins. From 2021 to 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have imposed reimbursement reductions of more than 9%. Despite these cuts, persistent inflation has increased labor expenses by more than 10% over that same timespan. Efficient, optimized operations have become a necessity of survival.
While it’s easy to feel as though these market conditions are out of your control…
Ripple HLTH has a proven track record of helping clients increase revenues, decrease non-labor expenses, and restore or even exceed historical profit margins.
We Go Beyond Identifying Opportunities.
We Help You Implement the Solution.
Our zero-budget solutions ensure we deliver on the opportunities we identify. We call them zero-budget because 100% of our initiatives pay for themselves. If an implemented solution doesn’t generate additional revenue or reduce existing costs, you don’t pay for it.
By partnering with Ripple HLTH, you gain access to a team of therapy experts who are dedicated to your success. We provide ongoing guidance and support as you implement the recommended changes, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for you and your team. Let us help you navigate the complexities of your physical, occupational and speech therapy services and achieve your goals.

We are humans helping humans. We work tirelessly to understand our client’s needs and care deeply about delivering exceptional results.
Kindness
We are patient centered healthcare professionals. We understand and value the complexities of customer service. Sometimes it takes just one act of kindness to change a person’s life.

We want to be the best at what we do. We want our clients to be the best at what they do. Together, we can achieve things that are more difficult or impossible alone.
Hard Work
Perhaps it’s our blue collar roots, but we believe hard work is still a virtue. When coupled with passion and talent, great things can happen.
Accountability
We do what we say we are going to do and expect the same from others. We set ambitious yet realistic goals and work enthusiastically to achieve them.
